Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsabilities * Plan and monitor receiving windows. * Develop and execute strategies for receiving critical materials. * Cross-functionally coordinate with Logistics, Material Flow, and Supply Management teams. * Ensure overall warehouse administration and inventory accuracy. * Drive warehouse design, layout optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Oversee the installation of warehouse facilities and mobile equipment. * Administer and configure SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM). * Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers. * Manage and lead hourly/wage operational personnel. ## What Skills You Need * In-depth knowledge of packaging design, material flow, and warehousing operations. * Hands-on experience in SAP EWM administration and configuration. * Proven experience managing 3PL operations and wage workforce teams. * Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. * High level of accountability and ownership. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Self-directed mindset with a strong drive for proactivity. * Proven track record in conflict resolution and negotiation. * Exceptional leadership skills in managing hourly (wage) warehouse personnel. * Advanced interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities. ## Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
