Warehouse Operator – Winter Haven, FL

This is a full-time, hourly level position.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operator 1 will be responsible for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment. This includes the operation of forklifts, tanks, pumps, and associated utilities.

Job Requirements:

• Perform tasks utilizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

• Operate equipment per production procedures

• Complete production documentation & checklists

• Forklift Certification

• Drum material, transfer drums to tank, transfer product from tank to tank

• Ability to sample product from drum, bulk tank, blend tank, and tanker

• Inventory Accuracy

• General warehouse cleanliness

• Other Duties as required

Physical Requirements:

• Have ability to climb stairs & ladders, walk, stoop, bend, or stretch to open valves, check instrumentation and equipment

• Have ability to stand for long periods of time

• Have ability to work in humid conditions, non-weather related, as well as working in production areas not climate-controlled

• Must have ability to lift 75 pounds; 40 pounds on a regular basis

Education & Training:

• Minimum of a G.E.D.

Experience:

• 12 Months minimum warehouse or industrial experience (Citrus Preferred).
