Formulation Technician

Job purpose:

• Person in charge of performing routine tasks of the premix formulation system, labeling and updating corresponding procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Change raw material/additive codes in M3

• Change of codes of marketed products in M3

• Change of codes in the formulas of manufactured products in M3

• Update labels to the new codes and export the labels to labeling software

• Export the formulas to production software (Betulo)

• Report management, production/sales of PREMIX.

• Apply the design procedure together with the departments involved, with validation and verification, and generate the corresponding record.

• Verify the development and application of quality regulations regarding products, raw materials and processes.

• Carry out the development and application of current legislation relating to products, raw materials and processes.

• Comply with all ADM policies

Qualification and experience:

• Compulsory: Veterinarian/Agronomist/Chemist

• It will be considered as an extra the following fields of experience:

• Learn about the MULTIF-21 formulation software

• Statistical process control: Yellow Belt.

• Knowledge of IT Office package

• Intermediate level of English.
