Intern Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities would include read engineering drawings and collecting technical engineering data and using that information for parts standardization. This will give experience in CNH components and systems and importance of cost and purchasing.

Experience Required

• Pursuing a post-graduate degree in mechanical, indisutrail or electrical engineering

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $27.81 - $31.93 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
