Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilites: * Works on a delivery team along with infrastructure engineers and supports basic systems and Infrastructure deployment and/or maintenance to deliver functionality on a system. * This entry-level role is designed to learn, grow in competence, and develop the most basic capability needed to operate effectively in this role. Works on low complexity infrastructure problems, routine changes and improvements to existing processes, with review. Delivers basic Infrastructure use-cases. * The role relies on basic knowledge and experience on a single infrastructure technology (collaboration, desktop, network, server, storage, etc.) and basic understanding of relevant components & systems. Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business requirements with limited interrelationship to the overall business process. * May have some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers. * Receives guidance from Scrum Master/senior team member.
