RIGHT NOW. ## Propósito Principal Liderar el desarrollo de soluciones de repuestos y servicios que respalden la implementación de las estrategias del área, contribuyendo al crecimiento de las ventas y al logro de los objetivos de rentabilidad. Brindar soporte y asesoramiento a los dealers y clientes asegurando una implementación efectiva de las iniciativas comerciales y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio. ## Principales Responsabilidades * Comunicar e implementar el plan de acción local, alineándolo con la estrategia del área y los objetivos generales de la organización, promoviendo el compromiso del equipo y el cumplimiento de las metas del negocio. * Desarrollar e implementar planes de gestión de relaciones con clientes potenciales, identificando y fortaleciendo vínculos con el personal clave, facilitando una comunicación efectiva y la resolución de necesidades comerciales. * Construir y expandir una red de contactos dentro del territorio asignado, representando a la compañía en ferias, eventos y actividades de la industria para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, potenciar la marca y fortalecer la reputación de la organización. * Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y recomendar soluciones de productos y servicios que aporten valor, definiendo configuraciones, volúmenes y propuestas comerciales adecuadas para cada oportunidad. * Actuar como referente del cliente dentro de equipos multifuncionales, colaborando con diferentes áreas para construir relaciones sólidas y garantizar una experiencia de excelencia. * Mantener actualizada la información de clientes asegurando la calidad de los datos para apoyar las estrategias de retención, crecimiento y desarrollo comercial. * Gestionar sus actividades y proyectos de acuerdo con los procesos y procedimientos establecidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos. * Brindar coaching, orientación y acompañamiento a miembros del equipo, contribuyendo a su desarrollo profesional y fortalecimiento de competencias. * Aportar conocimiento especializado e insights estratégicos para la definición y evolución de las estrategias funcionales del área, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades del negocio. ## Requerimientos * Graduado/a en carreras de Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Administración. \- Es requisito excluyente poseer título universitario. * Al menos 5 años de experiencia en el rubro de la construcción. * Residir en la zona oriente de Santiago o aledaños. * Conocimientos y experiencia en maquinarias pesadas de la construcción. \- Excluyente * Dominio intermedio del idioma inglés. * Capacidad de análisis, comunicación asertiva y escucha activa. \- Excluyente * Capacidad de influencia. * Dominio de PowerBI, Inteligencia Artificial y gestión del ciclo de ventas.
