Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilites: * Works on a delivery team along with infrastructure engineers and supports basic systems and Infrastructure deployment and/or maintenance to deliver functionality on a system. * This entry-level role is designed to learn, grow in competence, and develop the most basic capability needed to operate effectively in this role. Works on low complexity infrastructure problems, routine changes and improvements to existing processes, with review. Delivers basic Infrastructure use-cases. * The role relies on basic knowledge and experience on a single infrastructure technology (collaboration, desktop, network, server, storage, etc.) and basic understanding of relevant components & systems. Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business requirements with limited interrelationship to the overall business process. * May have some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers. * Receives guidance from Scrum Master/senior team member. Work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation. ## What Skills You Need: * Complete operational tasks, data management, incident logging, reporting, systems monitoring, systems testing, and disaster recovery to support the day-to-day infrastructure and networks. * Provide initial fault isolation and propose resolution for approval by more senior colleagues to limit and address issues promptly. * Participate in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems. * Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required. * Perform routine website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues. * Research and suggest technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs. * Support implementation of required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems. * Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues. * Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others. ## What Makes You Stand Out: * Troubleshoots Technical Issues. * Understands Customer Needs. * Computer Skills. * IT Support. * Provides Technical SupportAction Planning. * Assessment. * IT Data Management. * IT Testing. * Network/IT security. * Analyze Current State/AS-IS State. * Application Development. * Architecture. * Business Data Modeling. * Define Future State/TO-BE State. * Document and Model User Requirements. * Pattern Design. * Perform Gap Analysis. * Policy and procedures. * Service Into Sales. ## Education: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
