Quality Control Technician – Windsor, Ontario
Location: Windsor, OntarioPosition Type: Full-Time, Hourly – Unionized
Compensation: $36.91 Hourly rate
Shift: 12-hour continental shifts
About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Control Technician who’s passionate about precision, safety, and continuous improvement. In this vital role, you’ll ensure the integrity and excellence of ADM’s food and feed products at our state-of-the-art vegetable oil processing facility in Windsor, Ontario. You’ll be the heartbeat of our laboratory—conducting analytical tests, maintaining equipment accuracy, and ensuring every product meets ADM’s world-class standards.What You’ll Do
- Conduct wet chemistry tests and safely handle chemicals
- Prepare and analyze samples of raw materials, finished feed products (soybean meal, canola meal, hulls), and finished food products (edible oils)
- Use modern laboratory instrumentation and computerized data systems to record and track analytical results
- Calibrate and perform minor repairs on lab equipment to maintain reliability and compliance
- Perform daily quality and monitoring checks throughout the facility
- Retrieve and manage samples directly from production areas
- Ensure all testing follows GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols

Education and Experience
Three (3)-year diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology or equivalentOR 8–10 years of relevant laboratory experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
