This is a full-time, hourly position.
Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Shift operation of Packaging, Packaging of correct product, supervision of 14+ person crew, ensuring safe operations and enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Good attendance record, desire for advancement, knowledge of milling procedures a plus.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities.
- Applicant cannot be afraid of heights, and have a willingness to learn.
- Must speak/write/read English.
- This position requires walking, sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels.
- This position requires occasional lifting, stooping, climbing,
- This position requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.
