Co-Op Program Overview

Co-op will work in the wheel loader product development team supporting both current and new product projects.

Key Responsibilities

Participate as a member of a cross-functional product development team in order to achieve objectives for assigned projects
Support development of investments, timing plans, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for assigned projects
Design and development test procedures to achieve product definition and technical requirements
Facilitates design review meetings, documents meeting minutes, and tracks actions to closure for assigned projects
Participate in and support prototype builds and product launches
Provides technical support to explore and champion new technologies
Remains current on engineering and/or construction technological developments and evolving field practices through field experiences

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Agriculture/Biosystems Engineering

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
