Logistics Coordinator II - Dawson, GA
This is a full-time non-exempt position.

The role is responsible for aiding the organization in running efficiently. Supporting the facility will include communicating with internal and external customers, maintaining records and files, and preparing reports and documents such as Certificates of Analysis, Bill of Ladings, and Inventory Control. Duties also include clerical, data entry and project-based work.

To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Job Requirements:
- Schedule shipments, both truck and rail orders basis plant production
- Prepare documents related to shipments (COAs, invoices, records)
- Resolve transportation issues
- Communicate with CSRs, sales, customers and carriers
- Researching variances in production and inventory records
- Inventory control, balancing and management of database and spreadsheet
- Warehouse storage management – Storage Chart, Scale Operations, Loading capabilities
- Entering production data, grades, test results into database basis customer specifications
- Invoicing shipments
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and other ADM software.
- Other duties as assigned
- Shipment and inventory management
- Develop knowledge of peanuts standards and customer specifications
- Work well with others
- Communication of essential information to all stakeholders
- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignments
- Further responsibilities include working collaboratively with commercial, production, administrative and management teams
