Pay: Starts at $30.00/hr. Depending on experience
Shift(s) Available: DAY Shift = 6:30AM – 5:00PM.

Position Summary:
Perform electrical and instrumentation repairs on equipment at a world-scale Power Generation facility with a heavy emphasis on Safety and Maintenance Reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
• Strong safety values
• Strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)
• Direct industrial maintenance experience or high exposure to industrial maintenance preferred
• Computer skills - a must
• Experience with hydraulic control system a plus (Pressure switches, solenoids, etc.)
• Experience and Industrial Controls experience a plus:
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
  • BMS (Burner Management System)
  • CEMs (Continuous Emission System)
  • AMS (Asset Management Solutions)
• Calibration equipment (PH Probes, Transmitters, Level Gauges, etc.)
• DVC Setup and calibrations on control valves and louvers
• Familiarity with 3 phase electrical systems
• Knowledge of Gas/Coal Boilers and Steam Turbines – a strong plus
• Experience with CMMS – a strong plus
• Flexibility in accepting change
• Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
• Work off shift when needed
• Perform call in duties
• Knowledge of NEC code requirements
• Must be able to wear a respirator (Full face)
• DOL Apprenticeship completion or at least 5 years’ experience with enrollment in Apprenticeship I&E. Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights and work in extreme temperature conditions
