Role Overview:

As a Commercial Driver III, you'll safely operate company equipment to deliver crop inputs and agricultural products to customers throughout the region. What You'll Do:

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver agricultural products to customers and company locations

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance

• Load, unload, and secure products while following all DOT and company safety requirements

• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory movement, and facility housekeeping

• Provide excellent customer service while representing Wilbur-Ellis in the field

• Support team operations during seasonal peaks and busy periods

What You Bring:

• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred

• Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles endorsements or ability to obtain them

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties

• Forklift experience preferred (training available)

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service

• Ability to work overtime during seasonal demand periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agricultural, agronomy, fertilizer, chemical, grain, or fuel delivery experience

• Applies mechanical knowledge of heavy trucks to identify potential issues early, perform basic corrective actions, and partner with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.

• Experience operating commercial equipment in rural environments

• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
