We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Refinish team in Minnesota.

As a Business Development Specialist based in Minneapolis/St.Paul Minnesota with the ability to travel 50% of the time, you will work with automotive collision repair shops and distribution partners to grow our market share.

- Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility.
- Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business).
- Managing existing relationships and developing new ones.
- Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry.
- Retaining business and driving sales growth.
If you...
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). HS Diploma is acceptable with relevant work experience.
- Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations
- Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills
- Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new Surventis business

Pay transparency
Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
